Ambrose Conroy is the Founder and CEO of Seraph, a global industrial strategy and execution firm. For more than twenty-five years, he has advised Global 100 manufacturers, governments, private equity firms, and emerging technology companies on rapid industrialization, manufacturing resilience, and enterprise value creation. Previously VP of Supply Chain Solutions at NAI Global and head of the Global Business Transformation practice at PA Consulting, he began his career at CSC.

Wade brings 25+ years in manufacturing and business development, providing strategic oversight to Seraph. Previously EU President and Managing Director at Seraph, he built teams and led major turnaround programs. His prior roles include VP of Operations at Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he delivered significant operational improvements. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan

Jack leads leadership development, management training, and product development initiatives at Seraph. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience, he has driven operational improvement and crisis management across large industrial organizations. Prior to Seraph, he served as Industrial and Manufacturing VP at Faurecia, a leading global automotive technology company. Jack holds a BS from the Illinois Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the University of Toledo.

Dr. Engelbert Wimmer is co-founder and CEO of e&Co. Projects, an international management consultancy and investment firm focused on the automotive and mobility industries, and Seraph’s joint partner in Europe. He brings over 25 years of experience advising global manufacturers on digital transformation, agile leadership, and operational excellence.

Prior to founding e&Co., Dr. Wimmer served as Partner and Head of the Automotive and Manufacturing Practices at PA Consulting Group (2006–2011), where he led international transformation programs for major OEMs across Europe, North America, and Asia. He previously held Principal roles at Horváth & Partners, where he led the Automotive Competence Center. In 2011, he co-founded POLARIXPARTNER, a consultancy specializing in cost engineering and operations improvement for the manufacturing sector.

Dr. Wimmer holds a degree in telematics from Graz University of Technology and a Ph.D. from the University of Bremen. He is the author of two books: Motoring the Future: VW and Toyota Vying for Pole Position (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011) and The In-Car-Nation Code: Making the Digital Transformation Succeed. A frequent speaker at international automotive forums, he is recognized for combining data-driven strategy with human-centric leadership to help organizations navigate the shift to software-defined mobility.

Majid brings 35+ years leadership experience in the automotive industry across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. His background includes major engineering and program roles at Ford, where he received the Henry Ford Technology Award and earned more than 10 U.S. and EU patents. At Seraph, he drives operational excellence, cost optimization, and global program execution. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Wayne State University. 

Geza Brugger is co-founder and Chief Ventures Officer of e&Co. Projects, Seraph’s joint partner in Europe, and co-founder of Motec Ventures, an innovation platform and venture fund focused on mobility startups. He leads venture strategy and investment initiatives across the automotive and manufacturing sectors.

His career spans board-level leadership, venture development, and operational consulting, with prior strategic growth roles at Henkel, Bertelsmann and Arvato. His expertise includes business model innovation, turnaround management, and competitive benchmarking, with particular depth bridging Europe and Asia. A recognized automotive market expert and active mobility investor, Geza brings entrepreneurial rigor steeped in technology.
