Ambrose Conroy is the Founder and CEO of Seraph, a global industrial strategy and execution firm helping organizations build resilient industries.
For more than twenty five years, Ambrose has advised Global 100 manufacturers, governments, private equity firms, and emerging technology companies on complex industrial challenges. His work spans rapid industrialization, manufacturing resilience, organizational alignment, and enterprise value creation across the automotive, aerospace, defense, energy, medical technology, electronics, consumer products, and critical minerals sectors.
Ambrose believes the next generation of industrial leaders will be defined not by efficiency alone, but by resilience, the ability to adapt, scale, and execute with speed in the face of geopolitical uncertainty, technological disruption, and supply chain fragmentation.
Through Seraph, he partners with boards, investors, governments, and executive teams to translate strategy into execution, helping organizations launch new manufacturing capabilities, strengthen supply chains, and build enterprises capable of thriving in an uncertain world.
An internationally recognized thought leader on industrial resilience and manufacturing strategy, Ambrose is currently completing his first book on how resilient organizations create sustainable value by aligning leadership, culture, and industrial capability.
Prior to founding Seraph, he served as Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at NAI Global, led the Global Business Transformation practice on the West Coast for PA Consulting, and began his career at CSC leading a large international transformation program for a Fortune 500 company.
