At Seraph, she is responsible for change management to create a positive culture of accountability and empowerment. Her experience includes employee relations and retention, benefit and compensation analysis and implementation, in addition to finance, cost analysis, budgeting, and training. Amy also has experience in start-ups, restructuring, and plant closures.
Amy holds a B.S. in Business Administration and General Management.
