About Marianna

Marianna Rolikova is Seraph’s Director of Business Development for Europe. Marianna plays a key role in fueling Seraph’s growth, while developing new partnership opportunities for the company. She is an ICF ACC Certified Transformation Coach, with 8+ years of managerial experience. Marianna has over 14 years of multi-disciplinary experience in transforming global matrix organizations, and specializes in process standardization and optimization, with a proven ability to drive significant gains in operational performance, revenue, and profitability. Prior to joining Seraph, Marianna held the position of Director of Operational Excellence, Leadership & People Development at APTIV, a global technology company.

Marianna holds a master’s degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from Trinity Business School, as well as a master’s degree from Freie Universität, Berlin.
