Seraph was brought in to assess critical suppliers.
Actions.
- Conducted in-depth, 1-3 day plant assessments for 23 suppliers using Seraph’s proven assessment tool.
- Provided OEM with per-supplier reports and overall dashboard.
- Led turnaround actions at suppliers with 3 clear goals:
- Deliver quality parts to the OEM plant.
- Ensure supplier readiness for full at-rate production.
- Maintain the supplier-OEM relationship.
Results.
