Seraph is pleased to announce the appointment of Leslie Bednarz as a VP of Business Development, and Marianna Rolikova as a Director of Business Development for Europe. Leslie, who is based in the Metro-Detroit Area, and Marianna, who is based in Dublin, Ireland, will be responsible helping Seraph continue to drive operational excellence for more clients.
Leslie brings a wealth of experience across supply chain, strategy, finance, commercial and engineering at industry-leading organizations. Leslie has delivered value to clients in private and public sectors in markets including but not limited to: automotive, energy, defense, aerospace, and private equity. She has a demonstrated ability to achieve lasting results, cultivate deep relationships, and lead teams.
Prior to joining Seraph, Leslie held the position of Executive Director of Strategy + M&A at Faurecia, a French global automotive supplier.Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
Marianna has over 14 years of experience and a proven track record of leading successful transformation initiatives across organizations in automotive, technology, healthcare and transportation, and driving process improvements to deliver the most optimal results via growth and turnaround opportunities. She has expertise in deploying long-term strategies, implementing behavioral change, building and scaling teams, and achieving significant cost savings. With a rich and extensive international background, Marianna has lived and worked in Slovakia, Czechia, the UK, Germany, the US, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Republic of Ireland.
Prior to joining the Seraph team, Marianna held the position of Director of Operational Excellence, Leadership & People Development at APTIV, a global automotive technology company, and several business transformation roles at Phillips. Marianna has earned a Master of Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Business Administration from Trinity Business School, as well as a Master of Arts from Freie Universität, Berlin.
