Ambrose Conroy
Founder
Ambrose founded Seraph to bring together a team of top industry talent with the expertise to deliver impactful solutions to clients. Prior to founding Seraph, Ambrose held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Supply Chain Solutions at NAI Global and leader of the West Coast Global Business Transformation Group at PA Consulting, where he supported clients in due diligence, crisis management, and strategic business transformation. He began his career as a consultant for CSC.
Ambrose holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Trinity College, Hartford.

Thomas Kowal
President
Thomas Kowal is a seasoned executive with over two decades of management, business development, and operations experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Seraph, Thomas worked as a plant manager at Brose, where he launched multiple plants before moving on to become North America sales director for Automotive Lighting and then TI Automotive, successfully introducing new customers and product technologies.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Aviation Science and Administration from Western Michigan University and a Master of Science from Northwestern University. In addition, he completed the transition to General Management program at the INSEAD Institute in France and Singapore.

Wade Phillips
President, Europe
Wade Phillips brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operational leadership. Prior to joining Seraph, Wade was VP of Operations for Spartan Motors Inc. and COO of Detroit Manufacturing Systems, where he led transformative initiatives to improve underperforming operations to achieve best-in-class performance.
Wade graduated from the U.S Military Academy at West Point with a B.S in Aerospace Engineering before receiving his MBA in Business Administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan.
